Every vehicle listed with Amazon Autos has an upfront, negotiation-free transaction price that’s set by the individual dealer (with fees either included or excluded so you can comply with applicable laws). You retain control, while customers enjoy a surprise-free purchase experience that makes them more confident in closing the deal.
Convenient return policy
Our policies around returns, warranties, and pricing transparency are designed to protect both dealers and customers. Used and CPO vehicles sold through Amazon Autos include a 3-day, 300-mile return policy with support from Amazon customer service, helping customers feel confident with purchasing online.

Warranties for peace of mind
Every used vehicle listed with Amazon Autos comes backed by a complimentary limited warranty, giving customers confidence and peace of mind.

For your first 90 days on the marketplace, Amazon Autos funds a complimentary limited warranty through Safe-Guard, at no additional cost to you. After that, you must provide a limited warranty that covers:
  • At least 30-days / 1,000 miles (ICE, EV + PHEV)
  • At least Powertrain mechanical breakdown / failure (Parts & Labor), including Seals & Gaskets
  • OEM Parts of Like-Kind Quality (LKQ)
  • Roadside Assistance and towing for a covered claim
  • Disappearing ($0) deductible, if repaired by selling dealership, else maximum of $250 deductible
  • Claims must be permitted at any licensed service facility

Amazon Autos offers a growing selection of captive lenders as well as connects to: Ally, Bank of America, Chase, Santander, and Wells Fargo. Dealers control which lenders they connect to at the Amazon Autos marketplace, as well as rate markups.
We’ve established relationships with industry-leading technology partners to ensure seamless integrations so that you can capture new demand from Amazon Autos while working with your existing technology stack. Partners include A2Z Sync, ACV Auctions, Safe-Guard Products International, RouteOne, Dealertrack, and more.
Eligible brands and vehicle conditions
When it comes to adding brands and captive lenders, we are actively working to enable captive lending and leasing for new and CPO vehicles. While today, availability varies by brand, inventory type, lender integration, and market, most brands can list used and CPO Inventory at Amazon Autos. When it comes to used vehicle listings, inventory must be 10 years old or newer and have 100,000 miles or fewer.
